AUTHOR BIO
M.J. Woods lives in Central New York with her children and her newest canine sidekick, a 40-pound Doodle (Sheepdog!) mix named Teddy Bear. For over 25 years, her days have been spent working in the legal field of a small town. M.J. now also writes fiction novels, drawing inspiration from her work, the Central New York landscape and her own active imagination.
In 2018, her first novel "Balance" earned two awards and glowing reviews from Foreword Clarion and Readers' Favorite.
In 2026, MJ is at work on two fiction projects, including the conclusion to PAM & OATES' story, FOCUS. Stay tuned for more information this year!
